Heirloom tomato salad

Heirloom tomato salad


3 heirloom tomatoes of varying colors
1 cup croutons
2 cups mixed salad greens
Salt and pepper, to taste
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Shaved Parmesan or crumbled goat cheese


Chop tomatoes into chunks and mix in a bowl with croutons and salad greens. Add salt and pepper to taste and a splash or two each of vinegar and oil. Toss together and serve garnished with cheese.
