Blueberry protein smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 medium banana
    1/2 cup canned reduced-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 tbsp. honey

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
