Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat, plain yogurt
    1/3 cup low-fat, high-protein granola
    1/2 cup fresh berries, such as strawberries and blueberries
    2 leaves fresh mint, thinly sliced

Directions

Layer yogurt with granola, berries and mint.
