Cha Cha's signature margarita

  • 1 1/2 oz. blanco (silver) tequila
    1/4 oz. elderflower liqueur
    1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    1/4 oz. agave nectar
    1 oz. fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
    Pinch kosher salt
    2 oz. grapefruit soda
    Grapefruit peel, for garnish


Combine the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Add a pinch of salt and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit peel. (A potato peeler works well.)
