Salad with lime avocado oil vinaigrette

  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    3 tbsp. champagne vinegar
    Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 cup Bella Vado Lime Avocado Oil
    Salad greens or mesculin mix for 6 to 8 people


In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, garlic, vinegar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. While whisking, slowly add avocado oil until vinaigrette is emulsified. Place salad greens in a medium bowl and add enough dressing to moisten. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Serves 6 to 8
