Berry coulis

Recipe by:


  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • Granulated sugar, to taste
  • Fresh lemon juice, to taste


Puree berries and juice in a blender until smooth. Adjust the seasoning with sugar and lemon juice. Keep cool.

Makes 3 cups.

To use as a garnish for smoothies, drizzle inside the serving glasses. Can also be used as a topping for pancakes or waffles.
