Two-minute grilled nectarines

  • Ripe nectarines (see tip)
    Ground cinnamon
    Roasted and crushed nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, pecans


Rinse nectarines, pat dry, slice in half and remove pits. Preheat an indoor grill or panini maker. Grill fruit halves, cut side down, until grill marks appear and fruit is the desired texture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and crushed, roasted nuts.

  • Choose a "freestone" variety of nectarine, so the pit can be removed easily.
