Bittersweet chocolate clusters

  • 7 oz. bittersweet chocolate, melted, tempered if desired
  • 2/3 cup peanuts or other nuts
  • 2/3 cup dried sour cherries
  • 1/4 cup cocoa nibs
  • 1 1/4 cups puffed wheat cereal


Mix together the nuts and all the other ingredients with melted chocolate. Place a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture in mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let sit at room temperature until hard.
