Low-fat date yogurt shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped California dates
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions

Combine dates, banana and orange juice in a blender and purée until dates are finely chopped. Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined.

Serves 1
