Ritz berry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups low-fat yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp. honey

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. If the mixture is too thick, adjust with apple or pineapple juice.

Serves 2 to 4.

Optional: garnish with berry coulis.
