Stuffed dates

  • 18 dates
  • 3 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • 3 oz. goat cheese
  • 36 whole almonds, lightly toasted


Halve the dates and discard the pits. In a small bowl, mix together the mascarpone and goat cheese until smooth. Place a small dollop of the cheese mixture in each date half. Top with an almond and enjoy.
