Mandarin shrimp scampi

  • 1/4 lb. butter

  • 5 cloves garlic-chopped fine
    1/2 cup Absolut Mandrin Vodka
    1 Tb Mandarin orange zest
  • 1 Tb chopped fresh parsley
    1 lb. Fresh Shrimp (21-25) peeled & deveined


In a medium sauté pan melt butter on med. heat. Once melted, add garlic & shrimp to pan. As garlic starts to turn clear, add Mandrin Vodka to pan and turn shrimp. Once Shrimp have turned pink add Mandarin Zest and reduce sauce by 1/3. Serve with rice.
