California roll wrap

  • 4 8-inch Tumaro's premium white, jalapeno and cilantro or honey wheat gourmet tortillas
  • 2 cups white rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup avocado, 1/4-inch chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled, 1/4-inch chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. wasabi pate
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar


Combine rice, avocado, cucumber, green onion and crab meat. Blend well. Whisk together fat-free mayonnaise, wasabi paste, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Add dressing mixture to rice mixture. Toss to blend. Place about 1 cup of mixture into each tortilla. Roll lightly, slice into 2-inch slices and serve.
