Blueberry thrill

  • 2 oz. honey
    1 oz. hot water
    4 blueberries
    1 1/4 oz. orange liqueur
    3/4 oz. lemon juice
    1/2 oz. gin
    2 oz. soda water
    1 mint sprig


Mix honey with hot water to dissolve into a syrup. Place blueberries in a shaker tin and muddle. Add honey syrup, orange liqueur, lemon juice, gin and ice to the tin. Cover and shake for 5 to 10 seconds. Place a strainer over the tin and pour contents into an ice-filled glass. Top with soda water and garnish with mint.
