Ten-minute lobster salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-grilled lobster tail, chilled and chunked
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • Fresh cilantro to taste
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chunked
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions

Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Chill and serve.

Serves 4.
